What’s Going to Happen with the Eclipse?

What’s Going to Happen with the Eclipse?

What’s Going to Happen with the Eclipse?

From my Astro perspective eclipses are Faded Events. What are Faded Events? There is somewhat of a strobe light quality where time feels to speed up, though nothing, or very little, is missed in the interstice, those little voids of the spaces between. Interestingly, time feels to speed up in Faded Events, though in actuality I see it as slowing down. Slowing down to sync with the everything of what is happening such that one actually experiences the synapses, too, the space between the notes. And, I see the interstice, the space between the notes, or better the Psychic Synapse as 50% of each neural act. The neuron loads, fires leap-of-faith-style across the synapse. The unseen in the void is 50% of the heart of the matter, and may very well BE the heart of the matter. Then, the neural leap lands on the next neuron, and a connection is made. Then, the unseen heart of the matter from the Unconscious, from the synapse AS the heart of the matter is one-third of the whole deal.

Back to the Eclipse

Back to the Eclipse. With the Eclipse conjunct Uranus in Taurus the status quo opens up, may even tectonically explode with Uranus being the Shaker-Upper. The gloves may be on, though the mask or persona is off. The natural Nature, whatever it is, emerges. Period. You may be surprised. Maybe even terrified at the newness, may even feel blind-sided by it. Though, almost for certain, you will birth something new within that has a Must Urge to be brought into your external reality.

There are lots of butterfly-emerging-from-the-chrysalis indications. Lots of birth metaphors are present in the Eclipse in Taurus. The High Priestess, herself the temple AND that which is within the temple, may be a wondrous ally. Think and feel Pallas~Athena, aka Minerva nestling into your life under Astraea. They are the ultimate strategists. They tend to make Mars’ warring tendencies look like he is playing Tiddly Winks or checkers to their 3-level chess. Use this to make your actions more robust. Use this to discern value by making sure that whatever the heart of the matter is for you is rolled in as the driver for the actions you choose to take, or that occur to you. Being present and unthreatened without explanation are keys here.

Humpty Dumpty comes to mind. And, what will you do with what emerges after any given fall? And, more importantly, how will you facilitate the birth, the post-fall discovery? Humpy Dumpty fell from the wall, though isn’t that where the story really begins? What happens afterwards? What do you make happen? And/or, what simply happens?

Take Care with Uranus Present in the Mix

Take care with creative births in your life today and tomorrow and through the coming week. Odds are, they will stick around to be drivers in the next several years of your life and work. If you work with them like a gardener adjusts the walking path for special, new sprouts from naturalized perennials, you may very well reap wonders in your life in the coming days, weeks, months, and years.

There is a naturalized perennial quality to this Uranian Eclipse in Taurus.

Back to the Births of the Eclipse

~ Do you see the head of your creation crowning? Excellent! Proceed. Don’t waste trouble, and complete the newnesses into being.

~ Is the placenta wrapped around the neck of your new birth? Well, take care to untangle that thing with zeal and haste, though sync with just the right speed as you do. Play well in the sandbox with Uranus to induce the Water Bearer Magician of Aquarius. Nod in your magic as you literally pull the water out of thin air. Literally, be The Magician who pulls water out of thin air. Aquarius is the Water Bearer, though astrologically, it is an Air sign. Dial into the Both~And of that Aquarius quality with Air and Water. Nourish both the breath of life and water of life. Also, take care not to get overwhelmed by FICP. Functionally-Interrelated-Component-Part. There is complexity present. Though, navigate as you mind all the parts as they are interdependent. A change in one will affect a change in another. I suggest to take a nod to this thought: when you move, when you act, inside or out, be aware that when you shift focus you might also change scale. Roll with that.

~ Is your birth breach? Well, stay in there. It’s not birthed until it’s birthed. And, it’s most likely important to complete the birth process. Allow expectations to unfold and reconfigure your priorities. Stay in there and work to bring this new birth into life. The Operating Room may be messy, though your creative birth may thank you both soon and also long from now.

So, What’s Going to Happen with the Eclipse?

With the Eclipse, all in all be your own OB-GYN for your creativity, for your life. And/or be your own Birth Doula to stay in there and assure your births nourish Your Life, Your Way. Respect new ways to develop your growth as newly influenced by what comes into being. You may not know what it is until it’s born. Can you simply, with the Uranian concept of reasons being unreasonable, birth whatever is, and then nurture it into its own robust Nature to inform you differently?

Here’s a Double-Image, Visual Eclipse Story

Here are two images I find resonant with this Eclipse and being comfortable with the beautiful Uranian not-knowing. How do these two visual stories play along in the truth of your birth(s) beyond expectation(s)? How can you incorporate the space between the notes and synapses?

Uranus Breaking Through, Robustly Hatching, from Under Saturn’s Throne,

The Volcano Teaches About This Eclipse

The Volcano.

Its head in the clouds,

continually making new lands when it does,

its feet firmly planted in the abyss.

3 of Swords Revisited

3 of Swords Revisited

Over the years, when the 3 of Swords comes up, almost instantaneously I hear, “Oh shit! Heartbreak!”

First is the influence, which can be a wave crashing into you or your scene. Your responsibility is the wonderful response. Do you sense or do something? So you simply stand strong, stand your ground, and discern the influence? It’s possible to let things just pass by. Be careful, though. Life is what passes you by when you’re too busy making plans to avoid the wave-smashes. Life is what passes you by when you’re too busy assuming the expectation of things you’ve been told rather than thinking about them for yourself. The 3 of Swords in Tarot is a wonderful example of this.

If being hard on yourself actually worked as constructive criticism, it would have worked by now. Right? That’s a misinterpretation of stick-to-it-iveness. You don’t need to stick in there regardless, unless, for you whatever it is has the heart of the matter in it. No need for pros and cons or good or bad in a situation. That’s a bunch of ‘there are facts, damn facts, and then there are statistics’ bs.

There is no need to avoid not quitting. Rather than quitting or not quitting, ask:

~ What’s workable?

~ Where’s the workability? Is there any?

~ No workability?, then pay it nevermind.

~ Workability? Nods to that. what do you do about it?

good = favoritism. bad = shaming behavior.

Neither are in others’ best interest, certainly not yours.

Instead, what treasures do you hide in ‘good’ and ‘bad.’

So, The 3 of Swords

You are a Temple, inside and out. May you be and continue to become your own Temple inside and out as Tarot informs the intuition of your steps. Yup. that’s a long-form discipline of the ritual. It’s not a hassle or when will this end kind of thing. It can be Blisscipline, where the heart of the matter lives in the steps.

Always complete, never finished, lifelong.

3 of Swords Revisited

Over the years, when the 3 of Swords comes up, almost instantaneously, I hear, “Oh shit! Heartbreak!” ??? Now, how’s that? Swords are about air, intellect, thinking, communications. What’s with this heartbreak stuff? Yeah yeah, tradition and all. That’s what everyone teaches and all. It’s quite a lot like a person cutting the ends off the brisket before putting it in the oven because grandma did. Shaking my head. Grandma did it because her oven was too small back then.

Yup, That Heart is Big and Bold

Yup, that heart is big and bold in the 3 of Swords image, though to see it as heartbreak is much like banging your thumb with a hammer, when you have no hammer. This is a Swords card, not a Cup card. Why go straight to the heart with a Swords card? Especially, after the 2 may just have covered her heart to feed the heart of the matter up through the thoughts as a preamble support to develop into the 3 of Swords.

From my perspective the first thing that comes to mind (Swords pun) is to aspirate your heart. Give it some air. Consciously give your heart the breathing room it needs.

Heck. Sure, a heart without breathing room leads to heartbreak, though the heart in this card has plenty of breathing room, actually the whole scene. It is not constrained at all. It’s connected by Swords to the head. 2 of the swords are giving it oxygen like a bubbler in an aquarium, and one exhausts out the top like a roof vent. That’s more than decent ventilation so the head doesn’t get too stuffy with thoughts that don’t pulse and pump with the heart of the matter. I don’t see anything near heartbreak there. I see the head in connection with the heart. I see the heart of the matter present in thoughts and the process of thinking. And, if the heart of the matter is not present, thoughts are as useless as fish scales for dinner.

Give Your Heart Some Breathing Room

Aspirate Your Heart with the 3 of Swords

Postscript:

When you focus on the ‘good’ or ‘bad’ of your fellows (yourself), you make an opening in your heart for maliciousness to enter. Testing, competing with, and criticizing others weakens and defeats you. (Every time you act, you command the Universe. Mind that. Create with that. Act with that. Make with that.)

~ Morihei Ueshiba, Founder of Aikido. Translation by John Stevens in The Art of Peace

Where’s the treasure in the trouble? Gold pan those nuggets and let the remaining alluvium wash back into the river. The snake its skin shedded, the snake its skin not missed.

Personally, to go with the 3 of Swords — I find judgment to be farcical as it it generated from bias and expectations. Justice? Heart weighed against a feather? Nods. That’s not that your heart weighs a pound or so to Ma’at. Justice weighing your heart against a feather is a question of whether your heart is bouyant enough to unweight the scale with a feather.

How do you actionably use the 3 of Swords to your benefit today?

To All Who Feel They Are Alone on Father’s Day

To All Who Feel They Are Alone on Father’s Day

To All who feel they are alone on Father’s Day, for whatever reason…

Haven’t you been through the image below? Where you weather your storm, and it washed through? And, you washed up on your shore after the storm had broken? I feel that’s what Dad’s teach you to learn how to do.

First is the influence. Your responsibility is the wonderful response. Do you sensate or do something, or simply stand strong, uninfluenced? It’s possible to let things just pass by. Be careful, though. Life is what passes you by when you’re too busy making plans to account for the wave-smashes. For a rainy day? lol, buy a Kevlar umbrella. Or, get an 8’ diameter umbrella and set up your own table and chairs on the Plaza.

Shame is deadly. And, since life is fatal, I have no need of that in the mix. Plus, if I make myself feel bad, I will typically make poorer quality decisions. That isn’t a necessary feature. I can make plenty of great mistakes on my own that fuel the process with new perspectives rather than desicating the FICP — functionally inter-related component parts — with shame. I’ll go ahead and say it. I find shame to be psychological excrement. Pick your toilet paper rather than re-ingesting that stuff.

If being hard on yourself actually worked as constructive criticism, it would have worked by now. Right? No need for pros and cons or good or bad in a situation. Moreso, what’s workable? Where’s the workability?

If being hard on yourself worked, wouldn’t it have worked by now? Right. So, can you stop that for your benefit?

good = favoritism, often missing what actually is to avoid and be in denial for some celebration instead of dialing in to not waste trouble. bad = shaming behavior, often missing what is in disconnected disassociation.

Your Life, Your Way… to always wash up on your own shore after the storm has broken

So, haven’t you completed the rite of passage of the child becoming the parent of the adult? Or, are you in the process of that? Nods to your courage. That’s more than important stuffstance. If you have no one else today, no Dad or Father, can you give yourself the credit of Your Life, Your Way for being you in spite of that? Can you now then give yourself credit for having become your own Dad?

Always complete, never finished, lifelong.

When you focus on the ‘good’ or ‘bad’ of your fellows, you make an opening in your heart for maliciousness to enter. Testing, competing with, and criticizing others weakens and defeats you. (Every time you act, you command the Universe. Mind that. Create with that. Act with that. Make with that.)

Pardon any typos or awkward language constructions. AutoCorrect often writes things on my behalf that I didn’t Nintendo.

Never forget… inhibitions can enslave as easily as excesses. They live in blind spots. Every once in a while I survey myself for neuroses and inhibitions. Maybe always complete, never finished, lifelong, though like the Master Gardener, I tend to them Sometimes I weed them. Sometimes, I delve into what is their message for me? Either way, the intensity of the naturalness of the identity of the garden, unthreatened, is the gig.

Strong enough to be Gentle.

Fierce enough to be compassionate.

Is vulnerability the birthplace of courage? Yup, if healthy boundaries are in place and living AS the heart of the matter in how you give, receive, and deeply listen.

How do you make shame walk the plank today to be your own Dad? That way, if you have a Dad you know, so much the more. If you don’t, (only) have yourself and maybe even loved ones, or not… How can you Dad (verb) yourself to dial in to the community celebration that is… How can you celebrate the You of You with Your Life, Your Way without a Dad? Be your own Dad. Give it a shot. I know my Dad was still growing up while trying to raise me. At least I know that now, or in the recent couple of decades. Now, is more than good enough. How can you love you better today knowing that you have become the Dad of You?

Make Shame Walk the Plank

Make Shame Walk the Plank

Hmmm, I’ve heard people say that shame is important. Nah, make it walk the plank. You might find anxiety and despair tied to its ankles and dragged over, too.

I squinch my nose in the neh way in regards to being attached to those superficial, interference patterns that sink in and invade the integrated armor that is health. No need for them. Feeding those sharks keeps the wolves at bay. Well, unless of course you have or have had a wonderful German Shepherd Wolf Mix Goddess Girrul in your life who aptly promotes Lilith to her stand-up comedian hobby to defy all her bs demonization.

Goddess Girrul, Lyra. Memoris as Blessings at 13.
Your Life, Your Way

You are a Temple, inside and out. May you be and continue to become your own Temple inside and out as your life experiences place the steps. How do you Temple yourself? What part of your life builds foundations up under your dreams to reach them and support them and realize them and reinforce, enhance, and strengthen them once reached? Yup. that’s a long-form discipline of the ritual. It’s not a hassle or when will this end kind of thing.

Discernment, though? Cool to discernment. It has PLENTY of bias in it, though it typically originates from a place where one inspects one’s expectations to see through blind spots and evaporate their mirages like clouds. And, thinking back to a song in the ‘80s… I looked to the sky, and Ra increased the number of clouds by exactly one. Or something like that.

Never forget… inhibitions can enslave as easily as excesses. They live in blind spots. Every once in a while I survey myself for neuroses and inhibitions. When unthreatened, one does not take on another’s stuff, though is excellent with providing a vessel to pour their stuff out on the table… so they can see the contents from the an outside perspective, so they can take back in its message rather than the trappings of its traumatic or influence of origin. Chaff from wheat. The snake its skin shedded, the snake its skin not missed.

How do you make shame walk the plank today?
